Here is the equipment I'm working with: tascam us-122, roland td-3 drum set, and garageband on my imac g5.
goal: to use the roland and garageband where the drum pads will trigger the drum patches in garageband or any other software instrument in garage band.
my question: how do i do this? I'm not sure to use all midi ins and outs, or a midi to usb cable, etc. both the tascam and roland have midi ins and outs and the tascam is usb'ed into the mac. can anyone advise on this....please? thanks!
